- 1 pre-call assessment - your response prior to the session will give me valuable information and insights to help you get rapid results within the time period of the call.
- 1 90-Minute video session (or 45-min for a repeat session) - real time access with Katie where we go over your challenges and you receive balance, alignment and clarity moving forward.
- 1 MP3 recording - If you would like a copy of your session, I will send you the file link in a follow up email.
- 1 Post-Session Roadmap - From the information from your pre-call assessment combined with the session insights I will write you a short PDF report with recommendations, tools, and exercises that will help optimise our session experience together and assist you forward.
