Physical Book Purchases

All physical book sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or delays once your order has been placed.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Experiences

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, all digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a specific product includes a guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase.
