Emotional overwhelm may be caused by stress, traumatic life experiences, relationships issues, and so much more.

With the current global events, it would seem that the majority of people world-wide are facing a hyper-crisis of an increase in stress and traumatic life experiences, wouldn’t you say? ?

The big mistake most people make when they feel stressed and overwhelmed is to try to talk their way out of stress and overwhelm. You know, share their story and fears with anyone who will listen, over and over again. Or, do the opposite and shrink back as a hermit but still cycle and recycle the same thought patterns trying to figure out how to calm down. But what if there were another way to QUICKLY de-stress?
