Katie Joy & Aussie Rob Wilson Trader 6 in Global Trading Game

I decided to hold back sharing it until now since last Friday was the day of the ROYAL WEDDING. All eyes (including mine) globally were transfixed on the television on this wonderful day celebrating the fairytale union, wedding and the story of Wills and Kate.

The Global Trading Game is the story of my own fairytale – and one which so many are becoming a part of (either by being IN the game, or participating along the journey with support and encouragement. To everyone one of you, “Thank you!”)

While Trade 6 is now complete, and I’m now holding a certificate to the value of $46,994 for a “Wealth Creation” package,  I’m truly excited for ‘Aussie’ Rob Wilson and his team from www.lifestyletrader.com to experience the package of Trade 5 – which is the “Lifestyle Design Health & Wellness” package.

The owners of the retreat, Andy and Carol West who run Obsidian Health Retreat in Benissa, Spain and Rich Waterman from “Get Rich Coaching” are a truly magnificent team for helping to create balance, wellness and an expansion of designing your ‘Lifestyle’. I can only wish to be a ‘fly on the wall’ to witness the fun frolics I’d anticipate ‘Aussie’ Rob Wilson and his team getting up to during their ‘detox’…. I suspect a few red wines might be flowing!

One of the magical lessons I keep learning throughout this journey, is to trust my instinct, and ALLOW the art of flowing. Letting go of the ‘expectations’ and allowing awareness to be open to see the gifts in everything. Especially, the people I meet along the way, and connect as a result of the game.

I’m having so much fun on this adventure!

Gold Coast - Lifestyle Trader HQ

My friend, Preetesh (Pretzel) Morar and I traveled by car from Brisbane to the Gold Coast on Tuesday 19th April, to get some insight and ‘behind the scenes’ of the Lifestyle Trader Group. It was here, that I met the CEO – Murray Priestley, and was told the full extent of their trade. They really shocked me with surprise for with their full (and now expanded) offer! But the package was ‘up’d’ by Murray (CEO) from $40,000 to $46,994! As you would expect, I was thrilled! These are not some fluffed up numbers, instead represent real value with their offer.

Our visit ended just before noon. So Pretzel and I grabbed a snack and a drink and headed north in the car to Hervey Bay, stopping off in Brisbane to drop off some packages. Our journey took us almost six hours, with the occasional random stop for a drink or a ‘rest’ break.

We made it to the Mantra Hotel in Hervey Bay about 8:30pm. So we dashed off to the hotel restaurant for some food and something to eat before we settled into the hotel room. While we were eating, Aussie Rob and his wife Kerry called to say they had finished their conference event at the hotel and wanted to catch up. They came and drank some wine with us (the kitchen had closed) and we were excited to catch up again (Pretzel and I had met Aussie Rob in Thailand at an Internet Marketing event).

The next day was the ‘official’ trade day.

We met up with ‘Aussie’ Rob, Kerry and ‘Captain’ Michael at the local Toogoom boat ramp, where we drove out in Michael’s boat to Lifestyle Island. We had a look around, enjoyed the rustic feel of the Australian island, and sat down outside one (of the two) properties on the island, where Aussie Rob and I did an interview and officially exchanged our trades.

There are some great people who helped make this day happen, and participated with the fun and joy of the adventure. I want to take a moment to acknowledge “Captain” Michael (it was great to meet you!), Kerry Wilson – Aussie Rob’s wife and business partner, and of course “Aussie” Rob Wilson himself.

We all met up with Scott at Goody’s restaurant back on the mainland on Wednesday 20th April. While we ate, and drank – celebrating this great connection and milestone for the adventure, Scott interviewed ‘Aussie’ Rob and myself. Hence the article at the top of this blog.

So, the question I always get asked at each trade is “What do you think you will trade it for next?”

My honest and candid answer is, “I don’t know!”

That’s all part of the adventure!

I am very curious at this stage of the game, as to WHO is a likely candidate for the next trade, and WHAT they may have to offer. The game ‘value’ is now moving beyond the $50,000 mark which means there will some interesting offers coming, I am sure.

While the trade itself may be priceless and not hold a set value, it’s about what value it can bring to the next person trading in the game, while helping me move towards my goal to finally trade for a position on Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic spaceship.

Along the way, I am also working on my goal to raise US$1,000,000 for Virgin Unite (Richard Branson’s Charity fund). I was delighted to share in on a conference call two nights ago with the Virgin Unite staff to discuss my goal and strategies and their support. (I’ll update in a blog soon!)

As for Richard Branson’s sentiments about my goals, he recently wrote to me and shared this:
